Resources for Libraries

 

       

Welcome to Central Illinois Reads!

ciReads is an opportunity to promote community reading and book discussion for Central Illinois libraries and readers.  We have secured 100 ARCs (Advanced Reader Copies) from Penguin Random House.  During September 18-October 20, 2015 each participating library will:

  • Receive 11 copies of the ARC from Penguin Random House
  • Agree to distribute the Penguin Random House ARC and possibly other ARCs/books (secured by each library) at the library and at one "outside of the library" location
  • Host a book discussion in October featuring the Penguin Random House ARC
  • Build awareness of digital ARCS
